"She spoke to her in a caring and compassionate way"

About: Dewsbury & District Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

I have just recently been into A&E at Dewsbury with my elderly Aunt. We were seen by Dr Stewart who was so lovely to my Aunt. She spoke to her in a caring and compassionate way. Although my Aunt is very hard of hearing, Dr Stewart took her time and spoke very clearly and was unbelievable patient. Given how busy the unit was, Dr Stewart took her time with my Aunt. I was so appreciative of how she was with my Aunt. I can't thank her enough. The NHS could do with plenty more Dr Stewarts! !
