I am not uncritical about Raigmore hospital in Inverness. There is much about it that can, and should, be improved, but I want to offer my wholehearted thanks and appreciation to the staff in ward 4A who cared for me earlier this week when I made an unexpected stay.
The nursing staff, the doctors (junior and senior), the ward pharmacist and the cleaning staff were all of the highest standard. Lying in a hospital bed gives you a unique vantage point to observe what is going on around you. What I observed was professionalism mixed with sincere care. Thank you one an all.
