"I had a thyroid op on 26th September 2016."

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

After my thyroid operation I was transferred to ward D8. All the day staff were so nice and friendly. On the Monday night the night staff were doing the drug round.

The staff nurse leaned forward and pulled my oxygen straight of my face through on to the locker saying I do not need it on.

About 10 min later the nurse came to do obs check and straight away they said I needed to go back on the oxygen. I had to stay in hospital an extra day as my oxygen levels were low. I found the food really nice. I was lucky enough to have a bed next to the window and a lovely view over Portsmouth.
