During our lives my son and I have attended the RLI for various reasons and sometimes it has been a positive experience,sometimes not..My son is attending the maxillofacial department for orthodontics and forthcoming surgery.He has attended this department now for 3 years and all his appointments with his usual orthodontist consultant have been a very positive experience.My son is confident and happy with his appointments.We are both very satisfied with the level of care and also grateful for the efforts made by all the staff and secretarial staff to book his next appointments,even when the department was suffering with staff changes and shortages they went the extra mile..I can not rate this department highly enough and would like to thank everyone involved..I will be looking to discuss my son's impending surgery with the team, but I am confident our concerns will be handled effectively as that is the way of the Lancaster Maxillofacial department!
