About: University College Hospital Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Wing / Maternity

The midwives deliver great care but the manner of the receptionist leaves a lot to be desired. One in particular is very aggressive and snarls at you when you need to make an appointment. Have also seen them be very rude to other patients who are running late. Please train this person better to help and support your patients who don't need any more stress on top of being pregnant!
