"First class care by first class team"

I have just returned home following an emergency admission to ward N3 at Addenbrookes. I cannot praise the care I received high enough. The A & E staff were so good and kind even though they had so many patients to deal with. On ward N3 from the staff who served tea, nursing and ward staff and the doctors all, without exception, were first class. They were patient, kind and professional. I noticed that some staff were late going off their shift and others returned early from a break, yet all were simply getting on with the job. I couldn't have received better care anywhere.
