What I liked

more or less everything. i was dealth with very speedily from Gp referral to operation. And at every point was informed what was going on. ( i was having a tonsilectomy)

What could be improved

nothing medical - but i got a little lost in the car park trying to get to the right department - it took me close to half an hour to figure out where to go and i wouldn't call myself dumb by any means. :)
