"I could not fault one thing"

From the first minute I went for my pre operation assessment to leaving at the departure lounge after my operation everybody was brilliant.I was very nervous of the whole ordeal but from the surgeon to the tea lady everyone made me feel comfortable, I could not fault one thing.

I am very happy to hear that your experience at York Hospital was such a positive one.

Having an operation can be a very stressful time for patients and we expect them to be nervous before the procedure, I am glad to hear that all the staff were able to make you feel comfortable and calm.
