What I liked

Not much! apart from a select few members of true carring staff, and that is a very select few.

What could be improved

Everything....patient information about your treatment, sticking to what you have been told about your treatment and what will happen instead of being fobbed off and sent home when a bed is needed. Being seen by doctors, not just being told you have been seen by them when you haven't. Being treated as a person not just another bed hogger. Staff need to work together not against each other. The list really is endless.
