"Unsafe, unprofessional, uncaring staff"

About: West London NHS Trust

Staff are uncaring and unsympathetic. Have been spoken to really rudely I can't believe they are allowed to behave in that way. Complaining has only made things worse. Hard rto belive this is a a centre that is supposed to help your mental health not make it worse.
