What I liked
In the 2 years since my last operation there have been immense changes. The cleanliness and cleaning schedules are far better, The nursing care is more personal, polite and respectful. Overnight noise is kept to a minimum making the latest stay a more enjoyable experience.
What could be improved
Physiotherapy aftercare used to be at home, but now I am expected to attend the hospital. My operation on my knee joint does not allow me to drive and my husband needs to attend work, so this creates a major logistics problem.
Bring back the phisiotherapy home visits for the patients who need it.
