No issues with staff or treatment but why is car park payment still the antiquated coin-only system? Very inconvenient. Why not adopt the ability to use cards as well, as present at both St Peters and Frimley Park?

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Royal Surrey County Hospital is committed to investing in and improving its car parking facilities for both its patients and visitors. Users have been calling for a cashless payment system and plans are in place to introduce a new £60,000 scheme by Christmas 2016.
