"Update on partner's treatment"

About: Charles Clifford Dental Hospital

After many months of treatment, my partner got his dentures, but unfortunately they were very uncomfortable, the dentist decided to remake them, telling him the appointments would be 2-3 weeks apart, and a block booking would be arranged, one appointment was sent today, for December !!!

Telephoned the hospital to be told (again) that's the earliest appointment !! Despite the receptionist telling us two weeks ago, he would have to work the six appointments out which would take a while so he would have to put them in the post, maybe we should have waited for him to do them there and then.
