"Wow ever thanks for 5 star treatment"

I arrived at X-ray and was quickly diagnosed with a fractured spine. Staff in X-ray were amazing assisted me dressing undressing I am disabled at all times I was treated with respect and dignity. The waiting time was 30 minutes but I was seen within 20 minutes. X-ray escorted me To A and E I was so impressed they knew I was coming and someone from orthopaedics met me shortly they listened to my medical history and discussed a treatment plan. Sent me to orthotics. Orthotics made an appointment for me the very next day. I was delighted with my first class care everyone was kind caring polite and helpful. Each step of my treatment plan was discussed with me. I was delighted to meet so exceptional first class professionals. I believe this hospital now sparkles people in the waiting at A and E commented on how clean and how pleasing the waiting area look new pictures on the wall somewhere to wash hands clean toilets. Keep up the fantastic work.
