"appalling"

About: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill) / Accident and emergency

initially left a good review but now what to take that back as since I've left, this hospital has been absolutely appalling! I had some blood tests done and need to come back in for some scans. The vascular doctor rang me on Monday morning (later than they originally said so I was in a lecture) to arrange for me to come back for some scans and didn't bother to leave a number or a message or hasn't bothered to ring me back since even though the doctor hasn't been in touch with me. I have rang back 3 different times and spoken to 3 different people all of which said there are no notes or records to find out which vascular doctor rang me and when I asked the last person I spoke to to contact the a & e doctor I saw before the vascular doctor (to find out how I can contact them to get my blood results/arrange scans) they said they would and get back to me and just hasn't bothered to ring me back. It's actually shocking
