(as the patient),

I had an appointment for an ingrowing toenail through my doctor and locala. This was at Kirkheaton GP Practice. The lady who saw me was excellent. She took the time to explain everything, even going into detail on how to look after my toenails in future to try make sure it doesnt happen again. She was very fiendly and professional, and put me at ease.
