My experience was a good one: )
I lost my father and found it hard to come to terms with, as it happened suddenly. Then my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer. I became very overwhelmed with grief, confusion and sadness. I lost focus on who I was and lost interest in my hobbies. Everything became lost and all of my thoughts became mixed up and I couldn't concentrate.
My Six Degrees practitioner helped me through my problems and with advice and suggestions on how to help myself with leaflets and websites. My mind and thoughts became clearer. She also suggested that I talk with my GP for a low dose of anti-depressants, which have also helped a great deal.
I am now a much happier, calmer person and I'm back to enjoying my interests and hobbies and my family and work colleagues have noticed too. A big thank you! : )
