"Disgrace"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham / General surgery

My relative aged 94 is in Durham hospital and I think it is ridiculous that the hospital has lost his shoes. And they are not going to do anything about it, he paid alot of money for them as he only ways good shoes and the hospital are just dismissing it.They are the once that have kept moving him to different wards.

And now if he comes out he only has his slippers to wear. are you not to have shoes on when you go in to hospital?
