"The worse service ever"

on 28th of September after 6pm I have try call 10 Hammersmith clinic. But to so you need to call first 02033156699.I was on a line 25min, I have been conetcet with operator 3 times. They never told a word except ooo its not for me and put me trough from the begging of the whole process again, and again, and again. Thanks to this useless rude and operator i have lost a 6 weeks awaiting visit at the clinic. Maybe they should learn first how to use a switch board
