About: Royal Blackburn Hospital / Accident and emergency

We went up to a n e, early hours of the morning, booked in everything was fine, got seen off the doctors who then said blood test will need to be done.. so we waited.. and waited and waited, till there was no one in the waiting room.. so we then went to ask the receptionist at the front desk.. who wasn't even around.. 15min later they were back.. who was rude and said you'll have to go see what the nurse says who said "your next" 45 min later we still hadn't been called in? How long does it take someone to take some blood.. we seen more of them taking a break than doing anything at all? Am disgusted. As we had to leave and the matter was not resolved! There was no one waiting to be seen but us? I dread to think how the elderly get treated up there disgusting!
