About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

Admitted through A & E on 26th Sept staff here very polite and helpful. Spent 11hours in A&E. No one's fault and staff were brilliant with me. Eventually got a bed on neurological wars 227. Staff from cleaner to consultant could not have been nicer nothing to much trouble kept well informed. All through the staff were fantastic. It is not their fault there are not enough beds. They do a magnificent job under difficult circumstances so a big thank you for looking after me. Eileen Ratcliffe.
