"Very bad service"

I had to wait for 4 hours to be seen. Went in at 8.30pm and was called at 12 middnight. Nhs a&e service is very poor. My 2 year old son was with me and was giving me a hard time to wait. He was tired and bored waiting. The staff didnt even care to call me quicker because I have a young child. There were no toys for children to play with. Had to wait for 4 hours. My puppy bit my foot and I had to wait for hours with a toddler.
