People are fast to complain about the length of wait for appointments, from the information given by letter and staff and on the day fully explained that I would be there for 4 hours to see a variety of professionals I must say well done. The Staff Nurse was very friendly and so were the rest of the team allowing time for the appointment and did not fell rushed. Such a shame that I had a wait for blood tests but this had been fully explained that the nurse who would have preformed this procedure was off. Thank you to the team and hope to see you soon
