"Massive improvements in care and communication"

About: Colchester General Hospital / Accident and emergency

After yet another visit to A&E with my elderly father we were so happy to see so much improvement in the care and communication between staff and departments!! My father was treated with dignity at all times by all staff and the treatment was fast and efficient with him and ourselves being kept well informed at all times.

This has not always been the case over the last two years on our many visits to A&E and various wards but we were left without worries on leaving him to stay on a ward.

Thank you for making changes!!
