"Glaucoma Clinic 3"

About: Moorfields Eye Hospital (City Road Campus) / Ophthalmology

I wasn't happy with the way I was treated by the Consultant in the Glaucoma Clinic 3.

In my opinion the consultant was rude, abrupt and dissmissive. It seems I am in the wrong for simply asking a valid question.

I'm grateful to the Tech and Receptionist for their care and compassion afterwards.

I don't expect the red carpet treatment but there's no need for that.

Please forgive my delay in responding to your post. I am sorry to hear you were treated in what sounds like an unprofessional and discourteous manner. We expect better of our staff and such behaviour is unacceptable and there really is no excuse for it.
