"Blood tests"

It would be very much appreciated by many hard working patients if blood tests would start 7:30am instead of 8:00am. It is so stressful to get to hospital and queue in the morning not knowing if you will make to work by 9am. It is also bizarre that if the opening time is 8am then I would expect everyone is ready to take a first patient at 8am. Unfortunately I have noticed that some people at the blood test department only arrive to work at 8am. Now imagine if you went to a restaurant or a shop and opening time and actual working time would differ. Not everyone has an opportunity/privilege to be late to work.
