"Hospital feedback"

About: Wexham Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

I came here last week with my daughter who had a fall at school grazed head, swollen nose and massive lip, was suspected broken or fracture. We were sent away with no medication or any sort of help on what to do, just that we will recieve a phone call next week. I asked what happens next? They said nothing swelling will go down and just give pain killers. Come home next day since five days constant nose bleeds, phoned nhs 111 who said she needs to go back into a and e and you should of been advised what was to come, which I wasn't. Turned up at a and e 2 1/2 wait again last week was 3 1/2 spoke to nurse said we have an appointment on Thursday with fracture clinic I just need advice if this is normal, no response just go take a seat, spoken to doctor we have been waiting over an hour just had a baby come out of scbu who I breast feed is it possible you could help? Their answer was very rude and abrupt responding just go and take a seat I can't advice u nothing there's people ahead. Just mannerism and politeness would of helped but no the staff here are absoulty disgusting
