"Excellent care after suffering a fall"

About: Gravesham Community Hospital

After falling from a stool and landing on my face I went to minor injuries to be checked over as I had facial damage. The care I received in minor injuries was excellent.

The person who booked me in, was efficient, polite and attentive providing me with a cold, wet towel to put on my swollen face. while I waited. The waiting time was clearly marked and there were 3 people waiting before me. I did not wait as long as I expected to, before I was seen by a nurse.

The nurse was most considerate and examined me to check my injuries. I felt reassured by them and was very very impressed by the care and consideration given to me and would certainly recommend this hospital.
