Arrived first thing Monday morning and stood in a very long queue outside the door! But the door opened and everyone charged in, eventually I was directed to downstairs to the one stop coil clinic.
I was registered efficiently and asked to take a seat there was one person in front of me. I was then called at 9. 20, excellent friendly Consultant and nurse, everything explained, job done with explanations all the way through. All done and out on twenty minutes. Reassured I can come back at any point if I had any issues.
