"Rude Dr 's and senior staff"

I have been less than impressed with my care from the gynae team at the countess, I have had misplaced referrals which took 12 weeks before I noticed giving all due fairness to the receptionist and the Secretary of the gynecologist I was seeing rectified this and had me an emergency appointment within a week ,they were both very understanding and attentive and I can't thank enough ,unfortunately that understanding ends there , I have seen a couple of junior doctors and 2 gynecologist both were dismissive and felt As if they didn't believe what I was saying , I suffer extreme pain and prolapses but due to my age was looked at in disbelief . It's been an 18 month period back an forth after finding things but still unclear as to what it is . I felt rushed, they didn't make eye contact , brushed over my records presumed I was there for a coil check . In general rude , the lovely staff that act as chaperones are fantastic and supportive shame the senior staff can't take note from this . I have now been referred by my gp to Aintree women's and I'm hopeful my problems will be sorted soon
