"A useless service to most through no fault of..."

My child has been on the waiting list for well over a year. We had an initial consultation and are waiting for a counsellor to become free. When you get seen by someone they are very good but demand obviously way outstrips supply. They just do not have a big enough budget from the NHS to help most people.
