Dear Anonymous

I am sorry to read about your experience of the delay in providing you with dental care.

It would be important to be able to understand what happened to you and to investigate the significant issues that you have reported as this is not the experience that we aim to provide.

The Service Manager for our Head and Neck Business Unit would very much welcome the opportunity to talk to you about your concerns in more detail, and can be contacted by telephoning 01342 41446. Alternatively you can e-mail, PALS@qvh.nhs.uk, with some more details, so that we may look into this for you.

We look forward to hearing from you and apologise for the distressing experience that you have reported.

Kind regards

Nicolle Ferguson, Patient Experience Manager
