I took my husband to Eye Casualty on 24 September after he tripped and fell outside at home the previous evening, cutting his face and bruising his eye.
We had first visited Bracknell Urgent Care Clinic to be told an A&E visit was required. (We could have gone to Wexham Park but chose RBH as we are familiar with the hospital having attended there for various appointments over many years.)
From A&E we were referred to Eye Casualty. He was seen (triaged) within about 15 minutes then returned to the waiting area.
He then saw nurses or doctor a further 3 or 4 times, and after each consultation for drops, vision tests etc. he was asked to return to the waiting area.
There was no undue delay anywhere despite our worst fears for a weekend visit.
It was also easy to find a parking space.
"Very efficient Saturday service"
