What could be improved

The toilets to the right of the new entrance were absolutely awful. There was urine on the floor in both of the 2 cubicles that were vacant and the waste bins provided for disposal of paper towels seem far too small as dirty paper towels were overflowing onto the floor. The dirty sink was clearly not a place you would want to put your hands in.
