I am sorry that you feel that you have a negative experience of the department, it is very difficult to ascertain the exact problem from your comments but we would welcome further feedback with more detail. Whilst all patient information is confidential if you wish to contact our PALS Department at pals.qeht@nhs.net or on 0208 836 4592 we can look into the matter further.

All public areas are cleaned on a regular basis and are checked and monitored throughout the day. Unfortunately there are occasions during this time that the public toilet areas may not be up to the required standard or cleanliness due to high usage but where possible we try to maintain these areas to the highest possible standard.

Security undertake regular patrols on the site, both inside and outside of the building to maintain a secure environment.

When incidents do occur on site the Security team are called to attend and assist where necessary but will only intervene when requested to by clinical staff.

Regards
