What I liked

First class response and treatment by the following dept's

The Ambulance Service for a very fast response and especially the operator who not only told my wife what to do, but continued to reassure her until the ambulance arrived.

The A & E department.

The doctor and his team.

And last but not least the nurses of the Medical and Navenby wards.

The food was very good

The staff were extremely attentive.

What could be improved

In my opinion everything was first rate and could not really have been improved upon.
