What could be improved

I was very unhappy with the fact I was made an appointment for my sick three year old daughter with chicken pox and a very bad skin infection at 3.15pm and was left waiting for two hours with her crying with discomfort, why make the appiontment for this time if she can not be seen!, why not make the appointment for the time you can see a patient so they are not left waiting.
