(as the patient),

I have been suffering from UTIs for some time and I found the advice and information Corinne gave me has been very helpful. She is very easy to talk to about what is quite a difficult subject but she made me feel quite relaxed and at ease. On the other hand, I was rather disappointed when it took a week after I had submitted a urine sample for someone to ring me to say a prescription for antibiotics was ready for collection.
