"Problems with Practice"

I find this practice has deteriorated seriously over the last few years, I recently attended an appointment in which I had to wait 40 minutes before being called into the doctor at which time I was given a monthly prescription along with an increased prescription separately and told my prescription would go through to the relevant nominated chemist.

I was then given a flu jab which has made me feel so bad I was unable to go out for 4 days, I went to the nominated chemist today to be told my main body prescription had not been sent through to them from the practice.

I feel that I have experienced so much incompetence from staff at the practice, ie on one occasion following being admitted to hospital and told by the hospital to contact my doctor and a letter followed from the practice telling me to contact them to make an appointment so I ring the practice and I am told I couldn't make an appointment in advance and that I have to ring up at 08. 00 which I did the following morning, finally getting through having pressed redial over 100 times, a matter I brought to my doctor's attention.

Attending the surgery I was greeted with a poster saying you can make appointments at any time! ! !

Today I am told by the practice manager I can always find another practice if I am not happy with the service you provide
