"possibly one of the worst hospitals in the country"

About: Kingston Hospital / Rheumatology

Having been under this hospital for over a year, my condition still remains undiagnosed despite glaringly obvious systems, the lack of communication is appalling, constantly trying to chase up appointments with Rheumatology that instead they just ignore, my GP has also chased 8 times with no joy either, Ive had a member of staff from Rheumatology phone and speak to my 11year old son and tell him his mother has cancer, when that's not the case at all, yet apparently this is acceptable behaviour so what on earth am I complaining about? overworked, undervalued nurses and rude disinterested doctors and consultants who make you feel like just you being there is an imposition of their time! there is more chance of winning the euromillions lottery than actually getting a follow up appointment or treatment or a proper diagnosis from Kingston hospital, the inability from Kingston hospital to pass patient files between departments is just staggering, the place is beyond filthy and having now twice caught infections from filthy operating theatres compounded when my consultant informed me that "they know the hospital is filthy, they have had people in about the cleanliness but management do want to do anything about it" This place really inspire faith in the NHS, not!, please always go armed with your own bleach or sanitizer wipes, this hospital is a disgrace
