"A&e and jubilee suit and wards"

I thought a&e was disorganised nurse wasn't doing their job correctly leaving Ill patients in waiting room and choosing what person goes thou quicker. One surgical ward was dirty not once did I see anyone cleaning . Jubilee wards was spotless clean staff were class and new what they were doing took to another surgical ward which was clean 3 times a day and smelled clean. To many staff talking and stood doing nothing . Not professional on a ward. You can tell the staff who are there to do a good job and make sure the patient is good but the staff that are rude need retraining.
