"Fertility Clinic"

About: St Bartholomew's Hospital / Gynaecology

I have been treated appallingly by the Fertility Clinic. My treatment was cancelled a few days before starting, which was understandable. However, after seeing their counsellor (who was lovely) I was informed a decision would be made in the next 2 weeks as the team have to come together and discuss individual cases. This was in July. In August I received a phone call from the Doctor, asking me questions I have already been asked many times, and they said once again the team are getting together in the first week of September, and I would get a phone call then. It is now nearly October, and when I have contacted the clinic I am told there are no notes regarding my treatment, no appointment has been scheduled, and I would receive a response 'in due course'

This has gone on for nearly 3 months, when I was originally told I would know in 2 weeks. I don't mind if I have to wait for treatment, but I feel I have been forgotten and ignored. I was told by the doctor that IVF is stressful, but this is ridiculous.
