About: Royal Blackburn Hospital / Accident and emergency

When my little girl was poorly on Thursday night at 11pm she was taken to a & e in Blackburn by ambulance she is 10 months old so went to the pediatric part . The ambulance staff were absolutely lovely couldn't believe how reassuring and compassionate they were. When we arrived at a&e the doctors and nurses were fabulous couldn't of asked for nicer understanding staff they listened to me took me serious and showed so much empathy! Such a massive difference from when we went to burnleys children's urgent care were they were extremely unprofessional! Thank you so much you lovely bunch she is now on the mend and thank you so much for being so reassuring your all in the right profession !
