"My wonderful experience on willow ward"

About: Basildon University Hospital / Maternity

I just want to say thank you to all the staff on willow ward Basildon maternity!!!! I gave birth to my son on Sunday 18th September, I was quite anxious about the birth as I had a bad experience with the birth of my first son!

The member of staff reassured me the whole time!! I felt safe and We understood everything that was happening, the member of staff explained all our options so We were equipped with the right information to make all the decisions we needed to make.

The member of staff made the whole experience lovely for both my husband and I.

Well done all and a massive thank you xx
