Reception staff pretty rude. Doctor very unhelpful, got annoyed at me for coming to the walk in centre instead of hospital and said ''there's nothing I can do for you here'' and also muttered ''communication in this country is a joke''. Made me feel very uncomfortable and felt like the doctor couldn't be bothered. Are you unable to take bloods and send them off for testing at this walk in centre? As that was all I needed.
