"nurses attitudes"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

(as the patient),

What could be improved

nurses attitudes

Anything else?

was supposed to have an appointment for 3.05 on the 13/04/10,,, at the maxillo-facial opd ground floor,,,,arrived there for 2.25pm and by 3.25 still had not been seen,,,,they have to understand that us the patients have to pay certain amounts for the parking and i also had our new born baby son with us,,,but to be kept waiting then being told by a nurse that was working with the doctor that everyone had been double booked so that meant i had another 5-8 people still to go......if the appointment is for 3.05 then it should be at 3.05 ,,the nurse in question has the wrong attitude for the job and don,t think that she should be allowed to be around patients ,,and as for your hospital i,m gonna ask my doctor to refer me to a proper hospital..this matter is not the end of it as i am going to be getting in touch with the press over this issue.

Thank you for taking the trouble to post your comments. We are very sorry that you did not have a good experience during your visit to Russells Hall Hospital. We have passed your comment on to the department concerned.

We always endeavor to keep waiting times to a minimum; however we do sometimes experience delays in the departments due to the complexity of some appointments.

For us to follow up this concern, please contact Karen Jaunzems, our PALS manager, on 01384 244420 to confirm which clinic and consultant you were delayed in seeing.
