You should applaud this regristrar on his consultation technique always smiling always happy always treats patients with honour and respect I'm surprised his jaw doesn't hurt by the end of the day I'm sure if all consultants and other regristrar did his approach and smiled as well patients and doctor relationships. Would vastly be improved... Sometimes it's the basic things which go the furthest a smile and a handshake and positive attitude.........
