Hi I was very happy with the treatment I received from the nurse that evaluated me when I arrived at the A & E department she had a very good bed side manor I forgot to take her name as I suffer from Parkinson's and my memory is not good, but I was there after having a bad fall and was found I had a fractured collarbone this nurse made all the difference and to me the way she was with me, hopefully you will know her name it was the assent nurse on duty. please make sure she is commend for her service to me and my wife she is a credit to your department many thanks
