What I liked
Its meant to be a hospital that does great things.
What could be improved
Communication...I have been waiting 7 months to see a spinal consultant and not once has anybody rang myself to give an update. The wait to hear when I will get a first appointment is causing me great stress and anxiety as the pain I have sometimes is unbearable! The 18 weeks needs to be explained better, all this stop start nosence just confuses matters!
