"Boston West Hospital"

I attended the Boston West Hospital for a minor procedure and found the whole experience from start to finish exception. From the moment my appointment was confirmed, the follow up phone call to confirm the date and time, asked whether I had any queries or concerns through to final discharge was simply the best. All staff were professional, courteous, good humoured and put me at ease. This made the whole experience so much more comfortable for me. There were no delays at all. I am delighted to have been a patient at this hospital and a huge thank you to all the marvellous staff.
